Nightjar, formed in 2020, is a four-piece hardcore punk band from Kuala Lumpur. Comprising Jimmy Idris (vocals), Sam Pangkers (guitar), Ijam (drums), and Afnan 48V (guitar), Nightjar emerged from the remnants of the disbanded thrashcore group Suicide Me Not! (2003-2007). Drawing inspiration from diverse genres, Nightjar released its first single 'Kau Bukan Bossku' in November 2022, followed by 'Nightcrawler' in July 2023.
